| Party building is a long-term task for Chinese Communist Party and need to keep pace with the times. The Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party has put forward proposals to achieve the integration of telecommunication network, radio and television network and Internet to build next-generation national information infrastructure characterized by broadband, convergence and security. Thus, construction of a new platform with advanced information and communication technology has become the inevitable demand of party building.Mobile Internet era has arrived with the maturity of 3G technology and development of intelligent platform for mobile devices, and in the emerging mobile Internet business, Location-Based Social Networking Services (LBSNS) undoubtedly represent the future trends. LBSNS bear real social network of users and form diversified social interaction based on time and location. CMMB is the mobile multimedia broadcasting standard independently promoted by China. CMMB can provide broadcast and two-way services to support the multi-user, high-capacity data push service, such as high-definition video content delivery. Party building work requires real-time, interactive social networking platform, and also need diverse forms of media including high-definition video and so on. Therefore, we need to combine symmetrical, real-time, interactive mobile Internet services and mobile multimedia broadcasting services which support high-capacity data delivery, to form a convergent and high-capacity mobile party-building information service platform.This paper firstly introduces the concept and the current development of mobile Internet and CMMB mobile multimedia broadcasting, and primarily analyzes location-based social networking services and CMMB-Based Delivery System. Secondly, according to business features and functional requirements of high-capacity party-building information service platform, a total solution based on "end-pipe-cloud" pattern is designed, and the architecture of CMMB-Based high-capacity data push system is introduced. Finally, introduces client software development based on OPhone mobile platfonn, including product features, system architecture, and business processes analysis based on interface display. |
