With the growing popularity and rapid development of computers, as well as mobile computing and sensor networks, more and more varieties of mobile devices come into people's lives. The emergence of SNS field set off a wave of the Internet wave of new development, as the development of 3G, WLAN and popularity of a mobile phone, network bandwidth and cell phone performance is no longer a bottleneck restricting the development of mobile SNS. Therefore, the traditional SNS website in the field of Internet begin to penetrate to the mobile Web users, they allow users to access SNS Website anytime by providing the client software for the mobile phones. At present, mobile SNS gradually began to occupy a very important role in China and abroad, even more than the traditional SNS. However, conventional SNS only provides the user with a mobile access method, and not combines with the user a wealth of contextual information(such as location, preferences, etc.) forming a special service combined mobile computing with social computing. This paper presents a server framework model based on mobile phone contacts and SNS, which constructs a bridge between mobile terminal and the Internet services based on SIP protocol and provides more attractive applications. And it also mixed and applied the information collected and combined with user context information to provide personalized value-added services. This paper also provides two separate but coordinated ways to processing context information. These two processes are open to each other through the synchronous control mechanism, sharing context information. And this article selects SPARQL as the context information query language. Through the introduction of the workflow model, it's greatly simplifies application development for the context-aware application developers.Mobile SNS (Social Networking Services) is a hotspot in the current mobile Internet field. Based on the user's location and surrounding users, it has an important practical significance to dynamically recommend mobile community for users by mining the potential social relations. By combining the context-awareness, community division and ontology modeling, this paper presented a dynamic recommendation approach for mobile community based on user context, and the evaluation criterion of community division precision. This approach successfully addressed the user's dynamic feature and the sparseness of the existing social relations. It has a positive significance to the development of the mobile social networking services. Finally, the rationality and effectiveness of this approach are verified based on a data analysis of a real SNS network site.
