Java Card Comprehensive Testing System Design And Implementation

Java Card is Smart Card that has Java virtual machine, its biggest advantage is that it can run Java applications loaded on the card. Once Java Card is on market, we need to test its various indexes, on the one hand, we should test its electric properties, thermal properties, physical structure, these aspects can be classified into hardware testing; on the other hand, we should test the support of the agreement and application loading on the card and so on, this can be classified into software testing.As the Java Card get into the market, the card providers, publishers and application providers cannot reach mutual trust for the card test criteria, which need to develop a set of responsibilities clear and unified industry recognized testing standards and testing system.This paper firstly through the research on Java Card standard agreement and GP standard, as well as software testing technology, especially the automation testing technology research, we divide Java Card software test into agreement function test and Java Card service test. Agreement function test is the focus of this paper to elaborate.Considering the clear agreement and infrequently change of the Java Card, Agreement function test use Automation Testing Technology based on Script Technology as its solution. We divide this testing system into four operation platform: configuration management platform, use case development platform, testing organization platform and testing execution platform. In these four operating environment, the operator completed the script testing use case's development, maintenance, scheduling, execution and so on based on their respective functions. The use case development environment and testing executive environment is the main content during my job.The last part of this paper the main module's implementation of this test system designed before is given, in the practical work we make verification of this system. This system is greatly reducing workload, and provides Java Card test a convenient and reliable testing platform.
