Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Voice Escort Service System

With the improvement of people's living standard, domestic tourism and related industries are facing unprecedented opportunities, so providing the guided expositions service for visitors has a significant meaning in the tourism industry. At present, most voice escort devices in the market are combined with hardware devices which are not versatile and intelligent. Moreover, users need to use different devices if they go to a new place, which is not convenient. With the development of Internet technology and the growing popularity of mobile devices, services based on location have developed rapidly. In this paper, we proposed a voice escort service system, which was a location-based service system implemented by mobile client and network operators. It got the location information of the mobile terminals (such as latitude and longitude coordinates) through AGPS. During the trip, users could be located dynamically and could find out appropriate sound and text guiding content triggered by location information. In this type, the system provided users with personal travel guide. Voice escort service is a new business model, which subverts the traditional techniques of travel escort. This service can take the initiative to search the users within a certain location and recommend the voice escort service to users. After users accepting the business invitation, it can provide users with real-time two-way interactive escort service. So it has a good user experience and will bring enormous vitality for the market of mobile value-added services in the future.The author of this thesis made comprehensive research and in-depth analysis on the command of the current tourism market and the users' habits and proposed the intelligent voice escort system business process solutions which could meet the users'commands. Meanwhile, the author proposed the network deployment and design schemes combined with the operator's commands on location service. What's more, combined with the main function request of the voice escort service, the author designed and realized the key entities of the system such as the voice escort application server and the AGPS high-precision positioning platform. At last, through the system testing, the author tested and verified that the proposed scheme and system were reasonable and correct.This thesis firstly introduces the service procedure programs and the main functions of the voice escort service system. Secondly, the main technologies and the network deployment scheme based on the operator network system are introduced. Based on the above, the requirement of the main entities in the system which are the AGPS high precision location platform and the voice escort application server is analyzed, the design requirement is defined. Then from the points of the module design, the module interaction process and the interface design, the overall design of the two systems and the realization of the key technologies are also described in detail. At last, through testing and analyzing voice escort service system, the system design is verified reasonable.
