Design And Implementation Of Crplus Web Site And Public Management Function

Nowadys, people respect for personality. The emergence of CRBT(Customized Ring Back Tone) made telecommunications services more personalized. Recently, lots of platforms, such as microblog, emerged for people to publish their real-time status. It is hoped that telecom industry can also provide a platform to release information to friends, colleagues, families who calls us. CRPlus(Color Ring back tone Plus), an extension and enhacement of CRBT, allows user publish different real-time status to different calling numbers. A calling number will hear a plus tone before the CRBT, when he calls a called number who applied CRPlus service. It allows user to set ring tone by inputing messages through web site, and CRPlus system will convert text to speech through speech synthesis technology. According to user settings, different calling number will hear the distinctive ring in a different time.This paper introduces the network structure of CRPlus system. CRPlus system relies on CRBT platform to play tone. Each province has its own CRBT platform. CRPlus system provide a unified user access to business management center for business management, and sub-platforms in every province, which are responsible for data synchronization between CRPlus center and CRBT platforms.CRPlus system provides four access methods:WEB(world wide web), WAP(Wireless Application Protocol), IVR(Interactive Voice Response) and SMS(Short Messaging Service). The last three access methods only provide basic business management functions due to their inconvenient operation. WEB sites allow users and operators to do all kinds of management and statistics.Subsequently, it introduces the design and implementation of crplus web site and public management module. Public management module provides a unified API for four access methods to do basic business management, and its communication module encapsulates all the communication details with CRBT platform. Web sites, including user-oriented and operator-oriented web sites, using SSH architecture, mainly provide user management, pre-record ring tones management, custom ring tones management, ring tone setting management, operators management, statistics management, review management and system configuration management, etc.In the end, the functions which need to be further explored as well as the prospects of the CRPlus platform in the future are dicussed.
