| With the integrated circuit and chip technology continues to improve, the field of application of embedded applications is increasing. Especially in the field of embedded industrial controlthe demand of embedded system is particularly large and of great dependence. Today the requirement of the industrial control and moitoring system include long-range monitoring, network, compatibility, autonomy management, reliability.To meet these requirements, this paper dedicated to the research and design a set of real-time node management and monitoring control system based on CAN bus communication with the ability of network interaction, which mainly apply for industry control site. The main design is based on the MDK Cortex3 STM32 platform as the core controller. Through configing and controlling the STM32 and W5100 network controller, we can achieve TCP/IP network communications. In addition, we also achieve CAN bus transfer control. Through this CAN bus transefer control, information and data in all monitored objects can reach any other objects.With this technology it enables the node unit share information and feedback information. Through optimizing CAN bus protocol used in the original node network communications and improveing algorithm, we achieve network communication for the device in industrial field, and we proposed node management system and node address assignment algorithm. Based on the peripheral communications of physics underlying of the entire system, we also developed a compatible protocol for data transfer and command protocols. |
