| Along with the rapid development of industry, the gap of water demand have become increasingly enlargement, environment pollution is subsequently increasing, the urban wastewater treatment problem has been closely watched by local and national. Response to Chinese latest relevant regulations about the urban wastewater treatment scheme, improving the urban environment, avoiding environmental being secondary polluted, optimizing energy conservation and emissions reduction, realizing rational utilization of sludge reuse, constructing healthy ecological environment, the urban sewage treatment problem is becoming very important. How can efficiently dispose the polluted organic in the sewage, that will serve as important issues to research in the sewage treatment process.According to this problem, this paper deeply analyzes the sewage treatment system, and according to the sewage treatment process features and technical requirements, efficiently disposes the organic in the sewage system. The oxidation ditch control links mainly uses the aeration machine drumming into plenty of air, makes active sludge and sewage contact adequately in ensuring the effective oxygen supply, soluble organic in the water is activated by sludge adsorption, and is chemically decomposed by microbes in the active sludge, making sewage purified. Because sewage has sewage flow change, organic matter concentration change and sewage backflow, which bring about dynamicity, nonlinear and strong coupling among the variables, in this link cannot be established accurate mathematical model.In this case, because fuzzy control don't need to create accurate mathematical model and the characteristics of high precision control of PID, the oxidation ditch control station combines fuzzy control with the traditional PID control to accomplish the method of real-time efficient on organic control. According to the actual condition and expert experience, this paper summarizes the fuzzy control rules and confirms the corresponding control parameters. Through dynamic learning completing adjustment of control rules, using its characteristics of real-time and fault-tolerance to compensate the defect of the traditional PID control, which not only saves resources, but also achieves satisfactory control effect, provides a good foundation for completing sewage treatment automatic control, and improves the economic benefit and social benefit. |
