Based on the theory of signal processing, the real-time pulse signal acquisition and processing are deeply investigated by technically with the computer, embedded control systems and real-time operating systems in this thesis. The main contents and achievements could be summed up as follows:(1) The development of intelligent control, medical device, signal acquisition and processing, the hardware and software of embedded-controlling systems are summarized, respectively. The important scientific significance and practical value of thesis are also introduced in first part of this thesis.(2) An special embedded system is proposed in this work, and the function of which including pulse signal acquisition, amplification, baseline adjustment, noise filtering, storage, display, processing and so on.(3) The real-time operating system uCOS-Ⅱ, FatFs file system and uC / GUI graphical user interface system are successfully completed transplantated to S3C2440 platform, and the correctness of the softwares migration is test.(4) According to division of task, all of hardwares, such as PWM,SPI,and UART are drived by proposed software and signal acquisition, file storage of SD card, and communications are coded, and the syetem's characteristics of softwaure are tested too.(5) Using this system, the changes of four volunteers (2 women and 2 men) pulse and the difference between them were studied by amplitude and phase index of correlation integral, respectively. The results suggested that the human pulse similarity of phase more stabile than of amplitude, the value index have one parabola-growth process in the afternoon and this analysis can reflect the underlying crisis. This method should supply an easier basis for Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis.The work described in the thesis is a try of the signal testing and treatment based on embedded system of the pulse. Regardless of the pulse signal processing, or on application of real-time operating system, we have adopt more unique methods, which maybe a novel way for Chinese medicine intelligent measuration.
