Classroom teaching is a teaching organization form, which is produced with the appearing of class teaching system and the schools, it is the result of the development of socialization production. Along with the unceasing development of science and technology, more and more new technology, new education equipment constantly applied to education teaching, which promoted the modern teaching theory research and development, and enriched the representation of teaching content, changed the traditional teaching methods and learning style. Comparing to many other teaching forms, for example, remote education, network education, individual teaching and so on, so far, classroom teaching is still the main teaching organization form in China. At present, although the research of classroom teaching is more mature than before, because of the classroom teaching system's elements and the relationship of complexity and diversity, making the classroom teaching research become a forever worth to discuss topics. In addition, changing teaching environment and learning methods, giving new continuously research content. So this paper chooses to continue to study the classroom instruction.The research scope of classroom teaching is extremely extensive. This paper focuses on the classroom teaching behavior research, there are two reasons:On the one hand, in the micro-standard teaching train, normal and new teachers facing many realistic problems, such as:the lack of micro-standard teaching resources, the lack of integrity in the micro-standard training; On the other hand, based on previous research, using behavior pattern theory analyze the teacher's teaching behavior in class, and making class teaching behavior research theory and research ways more richer.In this paper, classroom teaching behavior is divided into teacher behavior and student behavior, according to the subject of teachers. Detailed analysis of the most important teacher's teaching behavior, including:teaching behavior, questing behavior, learning guidance behavior, blackboard writing behavior, teaching equipment operation behavior. This thesis have seven chapters, each chapter's content includes:The first chapter mainly discussed this topic proposed background, research status from domestic and abroad, researching this topic has practical significance;The second chapter is to basically make a definition about the related concepts of the classroom teaching behavior, and explain the research theory about the behavior pattern of classroom teaching. The third chapter is to mainly summary the classroom teaching behavior patterns, according to the theory of behavior patterns, and made a detailed analysis about teacher's teaching behavior patterns in class.The fourth chapter is to design the classroom teaching simulated training software, including software requirement analysis, function module design and system framework design;The fifth chapter is about the development of the classroom teaching simulated training software, and is mainly containing the development steps of software, development methods, development tools, development language specification, show the major of software interface, and explain the key technology in development;The sixth chapter is to test and trial the simulate training software, and in test and trial process, unceasingly consummates software;The seventh chapter is to summarize all work in this paper and made a follow-up work prospect.
