The Research Of Information Dissemination Mec Hanism In U.S. Government Crisis Management

Compared with our country, the United States government started crisis management earlier and more effective. Studying risk management of the United States, China can benefits its advantages and avoids it shortages.This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is about the United States government crisis management functions, which includes history of the U.S. government crisis management process, full-time federal crisis management institutions, and the role which the U.S. government implements. The second part is of the detailed analysis of the U.S. government crisis management information dissemination mechanism, including government and intergovernmental crisis information dissemination and the government and other involves the crisis information dissemination between objects. The third part is of two evaluation of the U.S. government information dissemination mechanism for crisis management, revealing the exposure of shortcomings and the advantages of merit. At the same time, this thesis gives proposals for constructing crisis management mechanism of our country.
