The Design And Implement Of Automatic Waterworks Control System Based On Web

The automation of the manufacture process in water treatment plant is one of the industrial documentation in automatic productive process. With the rapid development of network technology and the improvement of our national quality, customers no longer prospect checking the data of the automatic control system only in a certain area. This present the new extended requirements in the original LAN auto-controlled system, which will expand the original monitoring function to the Internet in a better way.This paper discusses the automatic control system of water treatment plant based on WEB. By means of propelling the data of water treatment plant and auto-control which data gathering server acquisition server by PLC transmission of water treatment plant auto-controlling equipment to the collected water treatment plant process and control data, can obtain water treatment plant the remote monitoring ability.This paper firstly overview the WEB technology, Flex technology, and database access technology, and then detailedly explains water treatment plant water treatment process and the related environment , and mainly describe automatic control system for water treatment plants. Via analysising the water purification plant control system , making the use of the Spring, Struts2 and Hibernate to build a MVC framework, combined with DAO mode as the data access layer and Flex rich client demonstrated outstanding ability and strong real-time data access points of the system layer design implementation. System structure is good, distinct, improve the coding efficiency and reduce the system maintenance cost, data presentation capability is strong, data real-time meeting the requirements.
