The newspaper is an important category in the system of China's newspaper. As the professional newspaper, it is aiming at reporting the trade policies and guidelines, transmit the trade at home and abroad for tenet economic information, taking specific trade readers as audience, and serving the development of specific trade.Traditional salary management is the "standard wage" regulated by government based on position, performance and technical post. As one of the important trade newspaper management contents, the salary management is now transferred to modern salary system. The reporters and editors team are responsible for the newspapers contents, it is facing for the situation of salary system and newspaper brand influence differences of flowing frequently. The vast voluntary turnover of these people will remarkably influence the quality of newspaper, even effective the correlation of media operation. With the intensification of media competition, position requirements for the reporters and editors are much higher.Whether sustainable development or not of the trade newspaper office is depending on the talent competition. Front-line reporters and excellent editors are the most treasured human resources in newspaper field. Therefore, how to establish effective salary system, attract and retain talents for the internal management of newspaper office are the most important and the first work.The current situation and existing problems of present trade newspaper salary management is lack of stable and improved salary evaluation system. In order to improve the stability and enthusiasm of reporters and editors team, FDC newspaper office, through trial and error in practice, eventually institutes a set of proper salary management system based on its own characteristics.At present, theory study of salary management in trade newspaper in our country is real absence, basically in blank. Through summarizing the theory of related salary management, employing empirical research approach, and using the research achievements, this thesis points out the rationality and existing problems based on researching the salary of FDC newspaper office. The thesis also offers the method of solve the problems, trying to construct a whole new media salary system to meet the requirements of times. Therefore all the research work will provide the reference for further theory study of trade newspaper salary management and practical operation.
