The safety of drug and food is the premise of guaranteeing human's normal life, and how to improve the safety of drug and food is one of the most urgent problems to be solved in the current moment. Improving the management of drug information is an effective method to improve the safety of drug.The project designs the RFID-based pharmaceutical packaging information management system for improving the management of pharmaceutical packaging and traceability. The system uses C8051F120 microcontroller as its core hardware and establishes a connection with the pharmaceutical packaging line and the server which is used to store drug information. The system aims to achieve the following functions:to collect the pharmaceutical packaging information and getting the electronic monitoring code of pharmaceutical packaging and the RFID label; to process and store the data of drug packaging, and to promote the situation of the drug packaging production line at real time; to send information of the package to the server timely, and make the drug information be managed effectively.First, the paper introduces the overall design of RFID-based pharmaceutical packaging information management system through the system requirement analysis, architecture, hardware design and software design.Second, the paper introduces the system's three most important parts:the first one is voice module, which mainly realizes the functions of the generation of voice files, storing the voice file and playing the voice intelligently; the second is collecting data module, which achieves to read the drug electronic monitoring code, produce the RFID label of pharmaceutical packaging and read FID tags; the third is production line control module, with the introduction that the controller establishes a connection with the production line of pharmaceutical packaging, LED display and the server by the serial communication technology.Finally, the thesis sums up the whole system, stressing again the importance of the safety of drug and food in our daily life.
