The tunnel is the throat of urban roads, because of its special structure, it's so important that it asks for higher requirements at Effectiveness and safe operation. Positive use of technology tools to enhance the monitoring efforts of the tunnel, the tunnel construction of a sound and reasonable monitoring system to become a necessary means of operating the tunnel. Tunnel Monitoring System is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the tunnel, which is achieved by optimizing the control of traffic flow in tunnels, personnel security, reduce energy loss and other goals. Various control measures of tunnel monitoring system are the front of the scene as the basis of data collected by sensors, but due to complexity of site conditions, the sensor faces a poor living conditions. Usually,the Detection System's integration is not particularly high, so the efficiency of the detection is substantially lower, In addition,there is also the fact that the using of information is not effective,causing the value of monitoring system did not fully reflect.In this paper, writer researches on some issues of Security Operations of the road tunnel monitoring system that based on data fusion,the main work of this paper includes the following aspects:First, writer reseaches on the basic theory of the data fusion technology from a system point of view, the major aspects are the purpose, classification and algorithm of data fusion. Second, the paper describes the highway monitoring system in the tunnel sub-classification and function of each subsystem, but also introduces several basic road tunnel control strategy:ventilation control, fire control, lighting control, traffic control. Third, several commonly used for tunnel sensors, temperature, vehicle inspection device, CO/VI, such as light intensity analyzer analysis of the data pre-processing, proposed the use of weighted data fusion algorithm automatically handle its integrated approach of primary processing. Fourth, according to the connection between sensors and method of control, proposes the program of secondary data fusion that based on the proposed BP neural network,and focuses on the BP neural network structure, algorithm theory and other issues. Through this data fusion method, make up a single sensor to collect target data uncertainty, the control method is not enough timely and other shortcomings. At the last past of this paper,writer use the operating data of Wuhan City, Yue Machang tunnel protect,and use C++and Matlab on the algorithm to bring about simulation,the result shows that using the data fusion technology on the highway tunnel monitoring system is effective and feasible to meet the high and safety requirements.
