With the improvement of living standers, People's awareness of environmental protection is increasing,efficient and pollution-free induction heating furnace has been more and more concerned,a lot of small and medium-sized enterprise is relatively backward at present, lack of supporting the monitoring equipment and protective measures, make people cannot understand promptly induction heating power operation state in time,it becomes the key reason of restrictions of reliability and operation safety. In view of the above questions, the design developing a method based on PC and MCU induction heating power supply power acquisition and energy monitoring system.The main function of the system are data acquisition of voltage,current,frequency,power and energy totalizing,storage and virtual instrument display about the five parameters; work state tracking, data abnormity recognition and manage mentand have RS-232 communication mode; set up a user operate interface. This system can not only demonstrate present value, but also can call historical data stored before, then send control direction to lower-computer by serial port to control the conducting state of induction heating power----that is the whole PC monitoring system.The main subject complete the design of the lower hardware of mechanical and electrical collection system and host computer human interface energy monitoring system. The design of hardware including sensor acquisition circuit design, the control circuit of data analysis and processing, liquid crystal display circuit design; the design of energy monitoring system, including login screen, the main control interface and the historical data, the three interface query and programming. The whole system improve the reliability of equipment and automation level, combine real-time processing capacity and control peripherals function together, Can not only enhance the work efficiency but also save a lot of manpower and resources.
