As society progresses, living standards rising, health is more and more concerned. The concept of fitness has gradually been taken root. In our daily life or movements depends greatly on the the foot, Foot bear the pressure of the body. Plantar pressure changes and the occurrence of many diseases are closely linked. In particular, research on plantar pressure distribution, the player selection and training process of motion analysis, will provide more theoretical guidance for coaches to help athletes improve performance. Therefore, the research of the foot pressure is very important and meaningful.In the study of previous work, we adopt the PVDF piezoelectricity film as sensor element, to play its easy processing, flexibility and good toughness Features. Based on the study of its piezoelectric properties, firstly, production of single charge collection unit, to achieve the output of a single piezoelectricity film can be collected by the voltage of AD converter. and there is a better low frequency response. Secondly, the distribution of its production into an array, two lines of four columns by 8 points in the distribution, to complete a regional pressure distribution for the collection, which can achieve real-time acquisition of plantar pressure distribution. In the design process, the design of charge amplifier gives a detailed discussion, as well as the design of the filter circuit ensure the accuracy of the obtained signal. Also designed a special keyboard and display circuit, which control the system. Serial communication and USB communication are designed for computer communication, by which the datas can be transmit to the computer, these datas can help further analysis and processing. Finally, the system architecture and software process controller design are given out.First, change the parameters of three sectors of the charge amplifier, through the analysis of actual test conditions, consistent with the theoretical calculation, and the specific testing needs given an appropriate group of parameters. Second, test the filter circuit, from both simulation and actual test results compare with the theoretical calculation prove that they are consistent. Finally, test the array data, through data analysis, show that the datas are consistent with the actual pressure condition, meet the desired design requirements. Practice has proved that to achieve the pressure distribution design in the collection is feasible. Research can be expanded to stress areas such as insoles and the pressure plate, which has wide range of applications.
