As a result of new technology being applied to improve encoding efficiency, the new generation of video coding H.264/AVC has become more network-friendly, and bears better image quality and anti-bit error ability. Video communication is gradually becoming the major business of communication. However, because of efficiently compressed coding and a large number of random error and bursty error in the communicational channel, the video streaming is prone to generate errors which may cause data lost. Moreover, if the error spreads, it may severely decrease the quality of video communication. Therefore, an efficient error operating mechanism is in great need and thus error control technology becomes the key part of video communication.Due to channel errors and delay characteristics of its own, the generation of transmission error is inevitable, and video data is very sensitive to the error, it is necessary to adopt appropriate measures to enhance the error capabilities of video data. The major work:Error control techniques for a more in-depth research forward error control and error control are analysed. H.264/AVC error resilience tools for in-depth research on the different error resilience tools such as parameter set, data partitioning, FMO are described; analysis of JM reference software code framework;Large amounts of data in the study abroad on the basis of important information designed to embed and based error concealment with error solutions, the theoretical basis of the algorithm and implementation of the principle are introduced, based on the JM86 with the C language;through building the transmission platform for improving the program and were compared with the original test program, organize and analyse test results.According to the test results can be seen a significant increase in the complexity of the algorithm is not the premise of this paper to improve the program achieved good visual effects, PSNR average of 0.35-0.65dB, without increasing the transmission of the channelunder the burden of improving the quality of the video has a good effect.
