The system has low power consumption, high accuracy, easy to carry and so on.Later, this paper introduces the whole function and design, pointed out that the system consists of magnetic leakage signal acquisition, the system input and output, signal processing, data storage through the USB interface chip, among them, magnetic leakage sensor using coil sensor, a microprocessor using C8051F020 microcontroller, USB interface chip using constant Ltd. The hardware circuit includes magnetic leakage testing circuit, the data storage circuit, the system input and output circuitry and power supply circuit.
