The Application And Research Of Fuzzy Predictive Control In Boiler' Heating System

With the rapid development of social economy,how to improving heating economic and social benefits have become one of the most important problem that urge to be solved.In northern China,however, most current living heating systems for winter use are relatively still water boiler heating systems,but the coal fired chain furnace . To the boiler which have lower practical operating efficiently than design efficacy, but the boiler of the automatic control system configuration is backward, the fan and water pump control mainly dependent on the experience of the staff to operate. So to seek a a reasonable set of control plan.The paper combines the local control requirements, design a set of fuzzy predictive control based on PLC, the heating boiler control system. The system is includes super ordinate computer control system and the subordinate system, the superordinate system which designed with WINCC in order to display the window of configuration software to start-stop control, parameters and alarm and data inquires set by functions. Siemens PLC for boiler drum air, circulating pump and led the parameters such as temperature and pressure control.According to the change of outdoor temperature regulation of the corresponding water boiler temperature. Water temperature in the boiler control system is an important parameter. the analysis of the boiler control characteristics and production theory, combined with heating production requirements and national heating standards, this paper gives a new control method what is fuzzy predictive control theory. For control system has a large delay ,multivariable , strong coupling, nonlinear and time-varying characteristic of difficulty to establish accurate mathematical model, because the existence of hysteresis by traditional control method can achieve excellent control effect. Therefore, to seek a better control method. Fuzzy control essentially utilization of the current and past is the process of information, not to the system change trend forecast or estimates, and predictive control is forecast system trend of the future. Fuzzy control and predictive control can compensate for each other's combined with insufficient.So can overcome process control of uncertain properties, manifests the good control performance, in the industrial process the application was successful, become the important content in the advanced control.This system has been put into operation in practice. The successful implementation of the real-time monitoring and control the boiler, the system runs stably with practical production application value, actual operation results show that the system control accuracy, high operation is stable, and achieved satisfactory control effect .
