English full name of USB is Universal Serial Bus, it is an interface bus of peripheral devices, Easy to carry,simply connect and self-supply about the greatest advantages of USB. The USB also is used as a most popular bus standard in computer's peripheral interface. The aim and significance of this research is to solve the communication problem of interface between computer and test system developed at the telephone Laboratories. We design and develop the interface for data transport based on USB. Circuits raised practicality and generality of USB Base on a lot of improvement and debugging. it is applied in the system of data transferring in more ways. It has always done the communication problem of interface between computer and test system.The paper expatiates it from several aspects as follow.First, We analysis the investigation status at present and objective of the development, Understanding of the characteristics of USB , Specifically introduced on physical property and the advantages and applications of USB bus.Second, based on the goal and the research direction of this paper, It chooses USB2.0 chip CY7C68013A (the products of the cypress), Realizes data-transmitting system based on USB. design the system's hardware ,Analyzes regarding this system correspondence question between hardware and the PC machine then solve problems.Third, Depending on different transmission mode of CY7C68013A and different data format, three model generation mode are proposed and the approach to them is described in detail. During the process discussing software and hardware realization, Make recommendations and proposals, analyze and provide solutions to test system.The adjusting and running of the system indicates that the whole design is feasible and reliable, and the presumed functions have been conducted successfully. It have been created and applied into test system of different mode, It analyses about the key issues encountered in infrared data transmission system and finds the solution.
