Because the dual 35mm Artillery system needs to traction the long-range target by the laser aiming, and requires the laser spot size at the target that is less than some of the technical parameters , but only to use the laser to traction target which is difficult to achieve, they need to install the beam collimating system at the artillery mouth, put the laser of emitting beam collimated .Beam expander because of its simple structure, cheap and easy processing of materials, etc., and therefore in the area of semiconductor laser beam collimator shaping got a lot of practical applications.In this paper, we will use the semiconductor laser as a source of laser light, because the semiconductor laser has many advantages, such as light weight, small size, low consumption power as well as direct modulation, so in many important fields of applications; we also use of two-level form a set of collimating lens beam shaping system, expanding the semiconductor laser beam shaping of space to achieve compression the divergence.beams which in the parallel direction and the perpendicular direction. Based on introduce the basic steps of the optical system, then use the computer as a platform, using ZEMAX that simulation a multiple of 5 times expanded beam of laser beam alignment system, and then select the output of power is200mw and 532nm of semiconductor laser , the production of multiples of 5 times the beam collimation system has been expanding outside of the collimator shaping long-range test, before collimating optical spot images and after collimating optical spot images were collected , put its precision calculation and analysis, while using MATLAB to analysis and processing the optical spot images, laser light intensity shows distribution of two-dimensional and three-dimensional images.35mm Artillery system as needed to traction out of the emitted signal detection, so in the end we have made good use of beam collimation system was shaping outside of the original optical signal to the detection of reflective testing, because the reflected optical signal strength is weak, so in front of photodetector made a pre-amplifier, optical signal amplification, followed by shading with no shading in the case, collected the reflection of optical signal that amplitude is 0.9v, period is 8.8ms, frequency is 113Hz.
