Study On Application Of Fiber-optic Communication Technology In Unit Of Signal Transmission In Grouting Automatic Recorder

In grouting engineering, the most important thing to measure the quality is monitoring and controlling parameters for grouting pressure, runoff, consistency, ground displacement, etc, so that accuracy and reliability of the parameters are very essential. For now, these parameters are usually gathered by grouting auto-recorder machine, but they may be affected by bad environment of tunnel, disturbing from electronics, or other personal reasons for the reason of using digital transferring signal. This thesis presents a fiber transferring system for the unit of signal transmission in grouting automatic recorder based on optical fiber communication technology. It applies optical wave as information signal carrier and fiber as transmission medium.This subject starts with problems in grouting auto-recording signal transferring unit, introduces the situation of signal transmission technology using in this machine as well as the development and application of fiber communicating technology, discusses the method and the principle of optical modulation technology, then proposes a grouting machine's fiber transferring system, and proved the possibility for applying the system in signal transferring unit of grouting machine.This subject uses pulse frequency to modulate optical signal. It is composed of signal modulating unit, signal transferring unit and signal adjusting unit. Signal modulating unit transfers the output signal of sensor to optical signal, sends optical signal to signal adjusting unit to transform of optical signal to electrical signal using transfer signal transferring unit, then, recovers current signal of the former sensors and transfers to the main engine of the grouting machine.Fiber communicating technology is a new technology that develops fast in recent years. This system involves the principles and related techniques of the optical modulating,transferring and the optical sending or receiving device. Fiber transferring system successfully controlled the impacts of personal or electrical interference, also guaranteed the reliability of grouting parameters, as a result it will bring huge benefits of economy and society.
