With the popularity of the network, network simulation with its low cost and high accuracy, is becoming an effective way to research the network behavior. When using most network simulation software, it's an essential link to writing the simulation network in the form of the simulator can identify, which is called script. When the scale of the network is small, the script can be prepared by hand. But when the scale and the structure of the network are large and complex, it's need to write a lot of scripts because of the large amounts of data in the network. Repeat writing and testing not only waste a lot of manpower, material but also make a mistake easily. Therefore, how to automatic generating the script which is need by network simulation becomes a concern to most of the network researchers. This paper is dedicated to this.Combining the process of network simulation, this paper propose an automatic script generating model which include node generation, link generation, route adding, application binding, traffic adding and so on. Taking the PDNS (Parallel / Distributed Network Simulator) as a study object, this paper designed and implemented an automatic TCL script generating system on parallel network simulation. This system includes topology script automatic generating subsystem, routing script automatic generating subsystem and security event script automatic generating subsystem. Topology script automatic generating subsystem sovles the basic issue that how to generate the scripts of network topology in parallel network simulation. Routing script automatic generating subsystem solves the basic issue that how to generate the scripts of routing information in parallel network simulation, and the forwarding of data packets. Security event script automatic generating subsystem solves the basic issue that how to generate the scripts of configurable security events. And finally the system can automatically generate larger script for large-scale parallel network simulator PDNS use.
