In the fast developing period of Binhai New Area, Tianjin Port (Group) Co. Ltd, as a leading company, should become the core of this explosive development strategy. Tianjin Port is located in the cross point of Beijing-Tianjin City Area and Bohai Economy Rim, and is the closest port from North China, Northwest China to Bohai Economy Rim also. All of these provide Tianjin Port with large coverage, plenty of resources and regional advantages. Depending on the policy support of government in recent two years, Tianjin Port (Group) Co. Ltd has accelerated the development of"no-water port"to fulfill the mutual extension of port function, electro-port function, free trade port function, and also develop the service and leading effect of Binhai New Area.Based on analyzing the business requirements of Tianjin Port Container Terminal ,logical structure, deployment structure and application structure, function of the overall architecture has been designed,which fully considers flexibility and convenience for users.This system used C/S(Client/Server)frame model, and VC++, PB10.0, Oracle9i as development tools, designed stable, flexible, efficient algorithm, such as Yard plan algorithm,Truck algorithm and Custom clearance data algorithm, etc.TCTOS, which covers virtually all areas of port container terminal production operations, is leading domestic level on visual control, intelligent plan, resource allocation and real-time systems, and will dramatically reduce the cost of terminal and improve the efficiency of terminal operations.Up to now, TCTOS has been formally applied by every container terminal of Tianjin Port (Group) Co. Ltd, and will be further refined with the application of in-depth to improve the level of management and the quality of service.
