| With the development of the demands for petrochemical industry ,the requirement for the automatic oil-loading system and the autuomation of management is increasing.This paper is based on the design and exploitation of automation reconstruction for a large oil depot in Jiangxi province.In order to resolve this problem and realize the automatic management,this thesis analyzed the demands of the system,and then integrated the advanced computer technologies of hardware and the software,the technologies of intelligent instrument,auto-control and communication,finally a monitoring system of multiple oil logistics information based on modbus for the automatic oil-loading system was developed.The thesis contains hardwre design,software design and communication design.The automatic oil-loading system introduced in this paper adopted distributed structure.It can be divided into four layers from bottom to top and they are field instrument layer, data monitoring and process controlling layer, operations station layer and on-site management layer.Realized monitoring and controlling system implemented by micro-controller to data acquisition and the control of elctro-hydraulic valve.The system used RS-485 field bus constituted the communitcation network ,which based on Modbus protocol to connect the PC and oil distribution controller.The management information system realized remote monitoring and managing ,browsing,inquiring and parameter setup by VB6.0 and SQL Server 2000 software and using advaced IC card technology to complete the automation of enterprise business management.The system is stable and reliable,full-featured,user-friendly,which has strong reliability and scalability.With good versatility and a wide rang of applications,the system significantly improve the management of depot service level . |
