The Design And Implementation Of Information Dealing System On Democratic Evaluation

As the rapid development of the society and economy, the livelihood of the masses is connect tighter with the department of the government and common service industry. We cooperate with the office of rectifying the bad fashion of some trades of Henan province to developing the system of disposing and analysis the information about fashion that counseled by masses. The system plays an important role in accelerating the change of the function of our government, and supplying the precise data to all kinds of leader about the opinion of the masses on the department of government and some common service industry. Two key problems of the system mentioned above are researched in this paper.The characteristic of democratic evaluation formerly is analyzed, architectural structure and every functional module's design is completed based on design requiremen and functional requirement, then the key problems of development process is proposed, lastly auto subsumption of characters and real-time transmission of screen are analyzed.The classification of key words, which are based on RTF, is discussed. The style of RTF document and the programe of RTF reader are analyzed. The abstraction of key words is finished by three steps: words preparation, words extracting and data base maintenance.The real-time transmission method of image is researched. The advantages and disadvantages of previous methods on the image transmission are discussed. After that, an improved real-time transmission method of image based on colors filter,"grids", XOR and block compression of interflame was proposed, which is improved at the collection and compression of the screen images. Compared with others, the improved real-time transmission method of image deals with remote screen in shorter time, and transmits faster with few data, in the grid of 16×8, under the same image quality.Finally, the system of information dealing on democratic evaluation is realized.
