In recent years, equipment systems in many application fields are facing with the problem of upgrading surveillance technology. And the mainstream of the technology is computer monitoring, which is based on upper and lower computer structure. The intelligent features and the level of intelligentize of the equiment system are realized by the host computer's software, and the main part of it is the human-computer interaction software. It provides with functions such as many kinds of data processing, network connecting and friendly human-computer interface. Thus, based on the aim of wildly utilized, combined with specific application, it is worthwhile to develop functional software with intellectual property rights.According to intelligent equipment system, this article designed human-machine interface, communication between upper and lower computer and data processing algorithms, which were applied to specific systems. The research work of this paper lies in the following areas:1,According to general software interface design principles, designs steps and intelligent equipment systems'features, this article introduced intelligent equipment systems human-interface design principles and designs steps.2,The article completed the design of the communication layer by researching the design and Implementation methods of RS 232 communication, USB communication, Ethernet communication and WiFi communication in general intelligent equipment systems.3,Errors generated in the measurement process are divided into random error, systematic error and gross error. We used different approaches for each error, such as Savitzky-Golay filter, Curve fitting, Wavelet Transformation etc. We encapsulated these algorithms into library and provided call interfaces and return values. Then the design of data processing layer is completed.4,We practiced above theories in the Automatic Electrostatic Probe Measurement System and Low Temperature Plasma System based on CAN Bus. Experimental tests showed the applications software met the demand for general use.
