| Nowadays, with the rapid development of the computing technology and communication technology, the rapid increase on mobile phone penetration rate, provides a vital prerequisite for the rise of m-learning. At the same time,in the new era of information explosion , we all desire the newer and more flexible learning patterns. Therefore,using a mobile phone in learning is an inevitable trend,which makes it available to learn at anytime(anytime) and at anywhere(anywhere).To develop m-learning based on mobile phone is a complex and systematic project. In the context of the rapid development of the communication technology and computing technology, develop and build a m-learning systems and platforms is to implement the foundation and guarantee for m-learning. However,m-learning system is neither to the traditional e-learning system with features ported to mobile devices, nor to repeat simply the available functions. With the guidance of the theory and principles of m-learning and the use of existing mobile development technology,we should fully consider the identity of mobile equipment and needs of users, to develop the characteristics of m-learning system function.Firstly, starting from the subject's background, by studying the theories of learning and characteristics of m-learning based on mobile phone, and analysis the application model of m-learning based on mobile phone, select the classical poetry as a learning content, it is based on the research of mobile use in learning, discussed the related content of m-learning based on mobile phone, analysis the technical features of the Java ME and Java EE, We designed and realized the architecture, client and the server, then assessed it. We designed the learning platform for mobile learners to meet their learning needs, for the development of learning resources of Campus-based WLAN lay the foundation, Thus make the research of m-learning based on mobile phone more efficiently to a certain extent. |
