| Acid fracturing is an important way to transform carbonate reservoir,for the purpose ofincreasing oil prouction. In acid fracturing progress,rock crevice width of stress change is animportant index of the permeability stress sensitivity. How to effectively measure stresscondition crevice width value is an important basic research subject.This paper will use theimage measurement technology on the measurement of the rock crevice width,and provide anew way for the measurement of reservoir rock micro-crevice width.The paper design acid rock board crevice visulization device which can simulate threeformation strata stress,to obtain rock crevice images under the strata stress,then through imagemeasurement technology to get the width of rock crevice.The paper research on the imageregistration and super-resolution reconstruction,and reconstruct a high resolution rock creviceimage with multi frame low resolution images.In a deep research on the basis of imagemeasurement methods,in the last,obtained rock crevice width value with vertical fluctuationbrim points.Main research works and achievements are summarized as following:The paper design thecore gripper that can simulate the strata pressure and visual core crevice,the experimentalresults show that the subject of gripper has good seal performance under high-pressureenviroment,and obtain a clear image of crevice with the industrial electronic endoscope;Thepaper studies the principle of image registration method,basing on learning the past imageregistration algorithm,then propose a new image automatic registration method based ontexture feature,and registrate the multi frame obtained images sequences with this method,theresult shows that this algorithm has the advantages of simple programming and accurateregistration;The paper studies on the image super-solution algorithm,and adopt the supersolutionreconstruction technique based on interpolation,and realize the interpolation reconstruction of the low resolution registrated images sequences,receice a high resolutionrock crevice image;The paper design and realize the vertical fluctuation brim points formeasuring crevice width value,and get the average crevice width value.After the thoroughstudy of matlab GUI,realize the crevice image measure GUI including of imageregistration,interpolation super-solution reconstrution and width measurement.In the measurement of reservoir rock crevice image,many experimental studies isimplemented on the theory and algorithms in the paper.The results show that imageregistration,super-solution reconstruction and image measurement get rock crevice widthvalue designed in the paepr prov technology ide a new for the reservoir rock crevice widthmeasurement, and have important theory significance and application value. |
