Combined various information sensing devices with the internet and other IT technology, the purpose of Internet of Things(IOT) is to collect information and control all of the remote objects. Because the features include intelligence,fast and convenient, IOT become the strategic emerging industry in economic society of sustainable development. Many countries in the world invest human and capital in research and development of the key technology, strive to occupy the commanding heights of the economy and technology. In kinds of the key technologies, accurate, energy saving, efficiency of information collection is the basis of intelligent control, the core technologies include RFID and WSN, thesis mainly study Anti-collision algorithm and Cluster-based routing protocol of these in these two fields. In this paper, the main content is listed as follows:Analyzed LEACH protocol of wireless sensor network, an improved algorithm was proposed based on the energy consumption model, The algorithm take into account the current energy of node, controlled the redundant nodes' sleeping and used intermediary node to transfer further nodes' information, which aimed in less the number of redundant nodes and data communication of cluster head. The results of simulation show that the novel algorithm saved energy effectively, balanced energy consumption of the nodes and prolonged the network lifetime.Studied and analyzed the several anti-collision algorithms in RFID system such as: ALOHA protocol, binary-tree search algorithm and others, and put forward a new kind of the improved algorithm. By reducing information length of reader sent and received, recognition time shortened, the simulation results show that the new algorithm decrease communication data bulk, lessen communication burden, can identify tag rapidly accurately.Combined wireless sensor network with the RFID system, the key technology of the IOT was applied to intelligent parking management system, and the parts of the RFID system hardware and software were designed.
