| The studying on testing mobile games goes through the whole software life cycle, which not only stays in the end of creating code but also in much repetitive working in the testing process that wastes lot of human resource and project costs. The automated testing is introduced to test mobile game is necessary, because it is helpful in settling the problems mentioned in above. However the limitations and particularity of automated testing make it hard to achieve the test goal, so we need an automated testing tool that is used in mobile game testing to improve the game software's quality and reliability, and short the software development cycle.There are many excellent theories, methods and tools of software automated testing, which could support the functions of code analysis, functional test, and performance test etc. But it is hardly to find an effective tool that is used in testing cell mobile games. These tools are neither too limited to cover the scope of testing nor suit to cell mobile games.In this situation, we use the test tool named KEmulator to test mobile games. It doesn't need special hardware conditions and easy to operate, could be carried out tests including functional test and performance test on PCBase on real projects of automated test, we bring forward an automated testing theory of mobile games testing, we solved many problems meet in reality test including designing test case, bug management etc by using this way. The KEmulator has been used in< The Heaven Sword and Dragon Sabre Tags>, and it has gotten very good results. The experiences prove that it could save develop cost, enhances the efficiency and increase the software's credit. |
