Design And Implementation Of The The Funeral Service Management System Based On Workflow

With the rising of people's living standards,the traditional funeral services can't meet people's higher demand. As a part of modern services, the modern funeral services would reform the traditional service model, and will be merged the advanced idea. Using advanced computer and network information management technology can realize civilized, humanized and personalized funeral services. Meeting people's growing demand of culture from multi-level, multi-positions and multi-projects is the development mainstream direction of funeral services.This paper analyzed the domestic and foreign workflow development direction and the application condition thoroughly, focus on the workflow technology in design and application of funeral service management, and the system based on workflow was designed, efficient management of business processes was realized, too. First, the overall frame of the system was designed, which has four logical structure layer. Second, the existing business process was restructured by the modern funeral thought and workflow technology. Third, the organizational structure of the system reference model was designed, by analyzing the funeral service management, then the requirements analysis was proposed, at the same time, the data flow charts of the top layer in five subsystems was obtains, such as funeral business management system. At last, with the help of workflow technology, the funeral service management was designed and developed, applied in Guangzhou Big Love Funeral Rites Service Company, and the effect was remarkable.The research result of this paper not only provided reliable theory and technical basis for the later funeral service management, but also laid the foundation for this achievement's further promotion and application,. It has a good application prospect.
