| This article uses the digital image processing technology to come to extract the corrosion region. This article mainly study and solve following question: analyze the principle of image grey-level, introduced grey-levels method such as maximum law, average law and weighted average law,etc., carry on the contrasts of different methods through the experiment, analyzed its pluses and minuses;analyze the principle and method of image smoothing and image peaking, specially improve the operation template of image sharpening Laplacian operator, carriy on the contrast to each method through the experiment;analyze the principle and method of the image threshold value division, compare with some technique of threshold value division, ameliorate the technique of Ostu threshold value division, bring forward a technique of local recursion, divided accurately the corroded region, moreover the detail was quite clear; ; expatiate the theory of two value image outline extraction, use the technology of two value image outline extraction to carry on the quite accurate outline extraction in view of the corrosion region which divided. At present,the method of corrosion region's extraction is the manual control, the error is big. Therefore the technology of corrosion region's extraction of metal plate based on the digital image processing technology have the very widespread application prospect.It has an important role to build the automatic evaluation system of metal plate corrosion experiment. |
