Then by dividing the system into seven part, which are basic information management module, material management module, management module card types, inventory management module, accounts management module, import export management module, report module, and other seven major modules for the detailed design of the system, we do the system design in detail including the interface and the database design. Compareing with the old system, the new system Strengthens the management control, at the same time saves a lot of human resources, and can immediately make the right decision according to the change.Systems effectively improved the quality of service to the cardholder, and raise the card printing efficiency and reduce both operating costs and inventory costs. With the challenges of the future enterprises must plan work processes and improve enterprise performance which are based on a computerized, automated way. |
