Design And Implementation Of Traffic Violation System

With the remarkable development of China social economy, the retaining quantity of vehicles is on surprisingly increase. Accordingly the problems such as traffic accidents, regulation violating, and traffic jam exert impact on every civilian of the society. This situation causes pressure for Transportation Management Authorization. On the other hand, the concept of intelligent transportation overthrows the traditional significance of transportation police, and eases the contradiction between city road development and traffic situation.Traffic regulation violation managing system is the important part of intelligent transportation. However with the recent several years'usage, we find that the shared information of current system is limited, which cannot realize information globalization. Moreover the system operation is too complicated. Based on such situation, we develop further research and design.This paper is on the purpose of the design and realization of Traffic Regulation Violation Managing System for Tianjin Traffic Management Bureau. Based on B/S module, utilizing website development technology, and data management technology, the paper raises the outline design of violation management system, clarifies the relation between each module, makes comprehensive analysis on the system via data description, process design, and other methods. On the consideration of perfecting the entire Traffic Management Bureau Office System, we plant the office system into violation management system and make further improvement. Therefore the update system will guarantee the drivers'confirmation for his traffic violation behavior, and simplify the fine payment process. At the meantime this system will meet the communication requirement among the internal departments of Traffic Management Bureau so as to guarantee the internal message and instruction to communicate smoothly and rapidly.This paper design and realize Vehicle Violation Management System. The trial operation shows that the system basically meets the expected target.
