Micro-blogging,which was once very popular abroad, developed fast in 2010 in China. From gossiping at the beginning to shining in the National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (NPC &CPPCC), from paying close attention to views on politics of delegates and committee members to participating directly in the discussion of NPC &CPPCC, the micro-blogging is becoming an interactive exchange platform of public wisdom. All these make a trend of "micro-blogging in politics" which includes deputies of NPC, committee members of CPPCC, media and net friends. Although the wave of "microblogging in politics" is popular now, we should keep a cool head about its emergence and rapid development. "Micro-blogging in politics" and China's democracy has got a relationship of mutual restraint, we can find some experience which could be worth learning for its development in China and provide valuable practical significance.In this paper, I take "micro-blogging in politics"and the democracy as the research objects, under the theoretical framework of journalism and communication, based on reports of the NPC &CPPCC.2010, try to study "micro-blogging" as a new mode of political participation for the public and building of Political Democracy in China,to analyze the pros and cons and its prospects,expecting to provide some reference for future development of China.This article is divided into four chapters. Chapter one starts from the concept of " micro-blogging in politics " and the useage in NPC &CPPCC.2010, respectively expounds the opinions and useages of it from the NPC and CPPCC member, netizens, journalists and each big mainstream media web sites,and refines the unique features of " micro-blogging in politics of NPC &CPPCC"; Chapter two is the key part and innovation points of the text,combine " micro-blogging in politics "and China's democratic construction,discusses its impact on democracy in China; Chapter three discusses deep reasons behind the prosperity of" micro-blogging in politics " ; The fourth chapter is a summary of the whole text, analysis the problems with " micro-blogging in politics ",takes what measures to improve and promote the development of " micro-blogging in politics ".
