Design And Implementation Of Integration Of Electronic Document Security Management System

With the computer and network technology development, document management, OA and other kinds of workflow information system have been widely used in various fields. As in the process of using these information systems, it's involves a large number of electronic documents. Electronic documents have characteristics as easily to be copied, modified and spread. These characteristics make it to be a problem to ensure the safety of the information system. So, it becomes a serious problem to how to ensure the authenticity, integrity, reliability of electronic documents.The thesis researches and analyzes several different access control technologies and sums up the advantages and disadvantages of each model and its range of applications. On the basis of access control technology and according to the requirements and characteristics of the system, the thesis combines with role-based and task-based access control technology in designing and developing this system. With bringing in the concept of role, task and authority, it makes the logical separation of the user and authority. These measures improve the system's flexibility and security, and meet the requirements about access control of the system.Through the depth researching of workflow technology, the thesis explains the concept, workflow reference model and architecture of workflow technology. It's also realizes the modeling design of workflow and the logical separation of the application and business which improving the work efficiency of this system.Finally, the thesis completes the design and development of integrated security management system which based on the analysis of the access control technology and workflow technology. This system includes the modules such as workflow management, authority management, electronic document archiving, document distribution application which enhance the security of this system.
