MAS(Multi-Agent System)is hot topic of many fields, such as, AI(Artificial Intelligence), software design , and so on . At present , many pursuers have been carrying out their research work from various points of view and obtaining a lot of valuable information. The key of research work is that we should take into account how to organize and harmonize the relations among each Agent .As a result, we make each Agent exert its function fully and get the system at its best finally . Therefore , the aim of the research of queue theory is that how to achieve its optimization design and control through research of laws of probability , consequently, to realize the whole system bring into play its maximal benefit with the least cost .In this paper, the author set up a queue model of MAS base on the thought of queue theory. As for the model of MAS, we can find the pursuer has demonstrated that how to use queue theory to setup it and its rationality, necessity and scientificalness in literature[1, 2].Based on that, this paper introduce the asynchronous vacation model (M/M/C) of MAS and apply this model in the fields of E-business, booking system , virtual bookstore , etc. At last, the author dissertate and summarize the validity and rationality of this model through the above instances. In a word , this paper has several traits below:1. To bring forward the concept of birth and death process of MAS, enriching and developing the theory of MAS.2. To present an asynchronous vacation queue model (M/M/C) of MAS, providing a basis for other pursuer to research the communications mechanism of MAS.3. To narrate the model' s validity and rationality.
