At present Java technology has been extensively used in the enterprise calculation, network communication, wireless connection, e-commerce and flush type consumption product etc. with the constant development of Java technology, its application on the Internet also will go deep into further.The study on application based on the information system aspect of Java technology possesses vast history background and the times characteristic. This thesis has discussed the design and implementation of the Java-based document transaction, designed this system based on analysis of the system function and demand, promoted the project of system exploitation and implement, completed this system with Java technology. Through test, I have fulfilled the system's function.
