The Research Of The Information Resource Project

With development of the information technology, development and application ofthe information resource need uniform project, in order to eliminate the "information isolated island" .Work of the Information resource project(IRP) is under direction of the system engineering methodology, makes full use of various information technology, especially the technology organizing information, resolves the problem of conformity and share of the information resource;analyzes the business flows from all-side of the organization and optimizes them;makes up data model and function model of the organization' s information system;standardizes information resource standard for based management;analyzes applied system' s request of all of the departments of organization.When projecting the information resource of an organization or enterprise, some methods or rules demand to be abided by;some software tool is also used to accomplish the project work.This dissertation researches the methods and rules for information resource project(IRP), analyzes how some lately technologies are used when projecting information resource, creates an information resource method based on XML document, constructs the structure of the software tool for information resource project (IRP) and implement it under the . net environment;then researches the information resource of the digital city by using the upwards methods and tool.This dissertation was organized as follows:First chapter introduces the meaning of the IRP and background of research, then expatiates the content and the theory base of the IRP.Second chapter introduces some related computer technologies and analyzes how they are used in the IRP. These technologies included: the object-oriented software request analyze technology, the method for software structure description technology, the software modeling technology, the metadata technology, the method for sharing of information, the .net technology and the database technology.Third chapter establishes the ladder model of the IRP and describes the jobs in all levels of the IRP;at the same time, defines some XML document templates needed in work of the IRP, which makes the work of the IRP standard and obvious.Fourth chapter establishes a structure model of the IRP assistant software tool, then implements the tool using C# language under .net environment. The tool dealswith the XML document defined in the third chapter, automatically produces data model, function model and structure model of the information system to be projected.Fifth chapter researches the information resource of digital city. Mainly include: the concept of digital city, plot of the information resource data of digital city, the metadata of digital city, the special system of digital city, the whole structure of the information system of digital city etc.Last chapter is the expectation of the dissertation. Bring forward the next research direction and aspects to be mended.
