A compensatory approach to software and hardware used by microprocessor was applied to the intelligent solid pressure transducer, which not only achieved the intelligentization of pressure sensor, but also improved the sensor's accuracy. This will surely accelerate the development of instrument towards the direction of multifunction, high degree of accuracy, numeralization, intelligentization, modularization and miniaturization so that measurement system will be further improved.The author detailedly expatiated on the design proposal for the intelligentization of liquid-level transmitter, which mainly includes the following aspects: structural design principle, hardware design of measurement system and software design of intelligentization. We put forward a scheme that curve-fitting was applied in this system according to the temperature drift and nonlinear of sensor. Communication between personal computer and measurement system of sensor was realized by means of transceiver with the type of RS485, which could finish the data conversion, data liquid-level and printing task, with the result that the measurement system was further improved. The measuring result showed that the measurement system is characterized with high degree of accuracy, strong function and small volume and it is more adaptive to practice. |
