| This paper is developed a high performance servo system which is used on the laser thickness gauge. The laser measure caput drived by servo motor is based on the prearrange track, automaticly scan the whole surface of being measured object, based on the track of the measure caput, timely start measure system.This paper is mainly entered on designing the two facets of software and hardware, on the software aspect,mainly considered digital PID arithmetic continue cycle scan arithmetic and velocity control arithmetic, making scan dot track move accord to some curve rule, such as spiral curve,roundness, and let scan dot velocity meet practice demand. On the hardware aspect, this paper is realized three highly performance digital servo systems, one is the designed and realized on the servo system based on C8051F020 singlechip. This system is realized mainly depending on software programme, use digital PID arithmetic continue cycle scan arithmetic and velocity control arithmetic can control laser measure caput move accord to prearrange track, designing this system is mainly considered much convenience in the system expanded in the future, only need join some other subprogram module can realize system expanded. Another system is the designed and realized on the servo system based on special chip, use a capacity movement control processor LM629 and a H-Bridge drive chip LMD18200, choose a cheap value ATMEL89C51 singlechip, only need send movement control instruction to the LM629, can realize highly precision movement control, using less hardware apparatus and easy pragramme is the main reason to design this system. The third system is the designed on the mannul adjust system, via mannul adjust horizontal and vertical knob, can control the movement of the two paths motor, and realize laser measure caput inching. All three projects realize system's control circuit drive circuit and protect circuit.The experiment prove that the three control methods are highly precision quickly respond and realized conveniently, can nicely control laser measure caput move accord to prearrange track. |
