| The article pays attention to one of new reform, and its content belongs to the research on marketing channels management in publishing enterprise. On discussing clue, we combine traditional franchise chains system with new-style direct selling, and throw the emphasis on the salary system of marketing channels and the franchise marketing training system of multi-level direct selling, which will benefit marketing channels management of publishing corporation groups.The paper will study the interactive franchise chains system from four aspects. The first chapter will discuss the concrete content of the interactive franchise chains system. Firstly, we explain the interactive franchise chains system and set forth its academic base, that is the theory of interactive cooperation marketing and the one of economy of scale from chains operation. Secondly, we describe its practical content under the background of the innovation of marketing channels in publishing enterprise. The second chapter will discuss the practical conditions of the interactive franchise chains system in publishing enterprise. We chiefly narrate the formation of "multi-level direct selling model" and its crossing with publishing industry. According to the structure of the publishing industry, then we study the physical precondition of the interactive franchise chains system in publishing enterprise from brand, product, marketing channels and training groups. The third chapter will discuss the major frame of the interactive franchise chains system in publishing enterprise. We chiefly study the salary system and the franchise marketing training system. The forth chapter will discuss the hypothetical case of the interactive franchise chains system in publishing enterprise. On the basis of educational publishing enterprises, we project its development strategy plan, franchise salary system plan and franchise marketing training system plan. |
