The Research, Design And Realizing Of Information Construction Of The Government Agency

The information construction and application level of the government agency are important contents for checking and rating its works. Reforming traditional working way and management electronized, networked, informationized is the trend of the times business procedure of the government agency. The government information construction involves in people, organization and technology three key elements, and should be designed according to advanced and normal, economical and practical principle. The technological foundation of information construction of the government agency is network and database technology. The network offers a platform of information construction to the government agency. Database stores data to the government agency. This dissertation has designed the network platform and database system of Wuhan Family Planning Commission actually. This dissertation is regarded "information construction of Wuhan Family Planning Commission" research project as the background. On the basis of the family planning workflow that is fully analyzed, the author divided out each subsystem from professional procedure and demand of the system, and has described the function of every subsystem and overall design of system in detail. In systematic realization, this dissertation has discussed the realization of every subsystem key technology, and solved the heavy difficult point problem. For example: Adopt information encoding and categorised code to be regarded as the systematic code rule; Make use of mail system and data pipeline technology to realize the data transmission of the distributed database ; Utilize user's report object to design the report form and save the report form as the electronic file ,etc; Adopt the technology of the data pipeline to complete The amalgamation of the data and separation of the data, and adopt embedded SQL language technology in deletion of the data; Utilize technology of snapshots to raise the systematic inquiry velocity; Utilize mapinfo to design the digital map embedded in the application program as OLE object of PB; Utilize workflow of Lotus/Notes to realize file flowed; Make use of dynamic ASP language and HTML language to realize the design of the webpage. In the security of the system, the author has discussed the systematic security from application layer, data layer and network layer.Design online backup of computer dupiex to ensure continuation and security of database. This system has already been put into operation, and the actual effect is good.It has passed related departments qualification. It has changed existing work pattern of Wuhan Family Planning Commission completely, and has increased its working efficiency greatly. Finally, the author summarizes individual experience of scientific research project and prospect of the system.
