On Research Of The Transmission-Based Video Structuring And The Creating Technology Of Summarization

During recent years, there is a trend that more and more multimedia applications turn a style of playing to styles of content-based access or retrieval and interactive operation. Fast transmission of video-media on the internet is one of the basic problems. The video is one of the most colorful style both in form and content of various kinds of media. However, the video-media with huge information is at the expense of non-structure of the video-media information data and the huge amount of data and it includes huge information. Though the transmission speed of media increases rapidly, the bandwidth of Internet is limited. So how to find out some effective approaches to retrieve some interesting segments with quick search in video-media is the key step. This paper mainly studies the video summarization techniques based on the analysis of the construction and content of video media. The main tasks are as following:1. This paper studies the effective text detection technology. Based on the analysis of detection algorithm being compared with other algorithms, this paper proposes a new text detection technology. The text being detected is identified as an important aspect of video information and is the basis of creating video summarization.2. This paper studies the effective method to find video construction and shot-cut, which can easily segment video into useful units of shot and retrieve one of the frames as their representative, which can be basic elements of video Summarization. We also have studied a shot clustering method, which can cluster similar shots into meaningful video story units in order to form meaningful video segments, and they produce the video structure of the tree shape.3. This paper studies a technology of video summarization. Based on the analysis of the features and creating technology of present several video summarization forms, this paper proposes the video summarization creating technology which makes best use of multimedia fusing analysis method. We propose a judgment model to testify video content. We create video summarization by our method fully using of video construct information, artificial text and length of shot.4. A video Summarization creating demo-system is proposed in this paper, Mixed with various technology methods, the system has formed facial transmission and created video summarization systems, in which integrated system technology, software engineering and video-editing technology have been used.
