The CEMS Monitoring System Of The Environment Protect Bureau Based On WEB

The national economy has made a great progress since the Reform and Openingdoor policy was put in practice. But it need take people a long time to be conscious ofthe importance of environment protection, which leads to serious deterioration ofenvironment pollution. CEMS (Continuous emission monitoring system) is regardedas a monitoring instrument to realize the continuous, real time, on line concentrationand total amount measurement of particle and gaseous pollutant emission of pollutionresource. As an important component of pollutant emission monitoring network,CEMS obtains more and more attention. In the paper, the monitoring system ofCEMS was analyzed and some specified solution scheme was also proposed.Firstly, the background of topics was emphasized and develop and researchstatus of CEMS in the world was introduced briefly, including the its technologydesire,performance target. In addition, measurement principle and systemcomponents of CEMS applied up to date were also introduced in detail.Secondly, the demand analyses of the monitoring and control system were put upand the structure of network and software were also presented. Performance target ofthe system was also discussed.Thirdly, the complete design of monitoring and control system was introduced.Safety of the system was analyzed and the specified scheme was presented.Fourthly, the database administration system of CEMS were discussed, which iscomposed of 6 subject databases. And the detail list and variable list of subjectdatabase were analyzed individually in detail.Using the UML techniques, monitoring and control system of CEMS wasanalyzed, use case diagrams were presented, all use cases were analyzed and flowdiagram of use cases were discussed in detail. Additionally, the structure, propertiesand operation of use cases were also analyzed detailed and collaboration diagram ofmonitoring and control system was presented.Finally, the design status of monitoring and control system of CEMS applied inmunicipalized environment protection bureau was presented and the functions of userinterface were introduced detailed.In combination with computer, network, information safety and CEMSmonitoring and control theory, the monitoring and control system of CEMS wasdesigned. The system is based on B/S theory. System sever terminal uses Windows2000 Server as operating system, realizes the administration of system database usingOracle 9i and adopts Delphi 6.0 as developing platform, which makes the systemmore opening and reliable. In addition, developing time is shortened and developingefficiency is improved.
