Incubator Management System

Enterprise incubator is a new social economic organization. It becomes the cradle of medium and small-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs by supplying shared facilities needed by enterprise, such as ground for product developing, producing, and operating;media supply for communication and internet;support for systemic training and consultation, policy, financing, law, and marketing promotion which can reduce the risk and cost, increase the survival rate and success ratio of the enterprise in the incubator.With the fast development of the enterprise requirement and market competition, the rapid development speed of China's enterprise incubator was slow down. "Efficient in hardware and deficient in service support" has become the bottleneck of enterprise incubator, and the competition focus among the industry has transferred from hard circumstance to soft circumstance. The most important method to finish this transformation is generally increase the informationization level of incubator, and make best to supply a convenient, high efficient, high quality working environment. The status quo of China's incubator informationizaion construction is not so good, because the incubator is a new industry in our country, there are no professional organization and talent who can fully analysis its operational function from the informational point of views;can not provide better mechanism to realize the sharing of information and resource;it is hard to reach collaborative working. In the incubator management system, the service management of the enterprise will involved in many different departments like enterprise development, property management, finance, and office, if these factors are not considered when the system is designed there will be interruption of the working flow and isolated information. It is a common problem appeared in the incubator system.Based on the above reasons, we adopt a method which combines the information mechanism and data model together and seal the fixed logic in a frame to realize the information and resource sharing among different departments. The system takes the enterprise resourse as the heart,deal with the process of incubator,uses the method of the item management,achieve the goal which is every part connects tightly and cooperates. This paper introduces how to realize the business management of enterprise, legal person, project, patent, and financing in service department and house property,equipment in property department and how to realize the collaborative working between property department and service department by the method provided by this paper.
