| With the exploding scale and complexity of internet in these years, therefore it's more and more important to upgrade the networks. IPv6 is the core of the NGN, the consummating and implement of the IPv6 is an exigency. Being dead against the problem appearing in the course of transition from IPv4 to IPv6, a series of schemes are put forward. On account of several network protocol intermixed in the networks, so the situation of the networks would be more complex. What the model in the new networks would be and How to measure and manage the new type networks would be a new task.In this paper we have researched the characteristic of the performance of NGN. Network performance of NGN based on network time delay is gained by network simulation, morever, math modeling and analysis are adopted, finally we point out the reason of all components'time delay. Based on the new features of IPv6, we put forward a new Access Control Algorithm . Through the simulation, we gained the result that not only the performance of high time delay demand operation flow is increased, but integrated operation flow also. |
