Research Of Intelligent Burning Expert System During New Style Dry-Process Production

An expert system (ES) is a computer program that is designed to emulate the logic and reasoning processes that an expert would use to solve a problem in his/her field of expertise, using artificial intelligence technology. The research and application of expert system have become the researching focus of the artificial intelligence of the world. Intelligent Burning Expert System (IBES)design for complex and important center control during new style dry-process, The Center Control mainly aims at various key feedback value which measured at different important places to make analysis judgment , further that control the material, the coal , the wind to guarantee the regular production of kiln. This system's goal is that the center operation need not some operators' watching of rich experience , moreover using rich experts' knowledge make it intelligent ,and the database will save changing of operation automatically, which is worthy of analyzing production. Not only coaling deduced and the quality and output of cement improved, but also work force economized, meanwhile, safe production realized. Meanwhile It improves the level of productivity.Developed by OOPL, It encapsulates several components of expert system, such as knowledge base and Inference Engine. It provides multiple knowledge representations including Production Rule and Object Oriented, and knowledge acquisition. Multiple inference methods and inference strategies and explanation mechanism are properly organized under the model.This paper introduces the database, decision support, artificial intelligence technique expert system and software engineering etc. It introduces theories then detailed the system develop the each stage of the process. Firstly, it introduces theories of controlling important fire parameters in relation to IBES, then introduces SQL Server 2005 and Microsoft .NET platform provides a very good basic system platform for expert system development. At last, this system make user of UML model and three layer structures, it will make model process more straight and clear, besides it will lower the system development risk and suit the users' demand.The expert system is most likely to utilize the existing knowledge, experience, and lessons in fire controlling, takes into full consideration various factors, providing a reliable basis for the supporting design with the help of the expert system rather than the experts. What's more, the expert system has been proved efficient through the practical usage. So, the expert system is of theoretical and practical value in controlling important parameters during new style dry-process rotary kiln. It is a an innovation of computer' application in during new style dry-process rotary kiln.
