Study Of Application In Crude Oil Average Temperature In Oil Tank Based On Soft-instrumentation Techniques

Oil tank is one of the best way in crude oil storage. Oil temperature takes on a quite important status in all of its physics parameters. Oil temperature effects on the oil density, character .The nicety measuring for oil temperature has not only an grate effect on crude oil trading measurement, but also a prevention from the oil coagulation happened, so the nicety measuring for oil temperature has grate economical and social value. In addition,The present paper describes tow models, witch can easily measure oil temperature and giving a precision measurement. The two are described by the author, in-depth study on soft-instrumentation techniques, numerical simulation theory and artificial neural network. Numerical simulation model and artificial neural network model aimed at the oil temperature measuring difficultly are examined completely by data from field test with MATLAB. The conclusion shows that both models can measure oil temperature in condition.The approach adduced by this paper can be considered to be an advanced and a convenient in measuring oil temperature for its difference from the tradition. At last, this paper shows one soft-instrumentation based on graphic programming language Lab VIEW and engineering computation language MATLAB, in order to use the above research findings in further study, and solving practical problems.
